Lights
BASE RATE: $900
Our $900 lighting package includes (12) Slim Par Pro fixtures (1) light board (1) lighting tech/operator who will program and operate lights to your specifications.
Sound
BASE RATE: $1000
Our $1000, 24 Channel, Full Stereo Sound system with (4) QSC Speakers (1) QSC Subwoofer (2) QSC Stage Monitors, (4) additional Wired Microphones (2) Wireless Microphones.
Tables & Chairs
Additional chairs (50) stools, (50) soft chairs, (70) hard chairs or other custom selection can be rented for $10 each.
Catering
Can be provided for a negotiated price.
Decor (linens)
Table clothes.
Bar Service
Bartenders to serve drinks at $250/Bartender
Security
– 1 security / 100 no alcohol
– 1 security / 50 people with alcohol

BASE RATE: $1000
Our 40′ x 25′ Overflow room can be rented for a base rate of $1000 for an 8 hour day. Additional hours charged at $100/hr.

Our Outside area can be rented for a base rate of $1000 for an 8 hour day. Additional hours charged at $100/hr.
